NTUA Online Payment

Welcome to our New On-Line (WEB) & Automated Telephone Payment Options

We are pleased to bring this new and exciting feature to our valued customers.  No more standing in line to make your payment.  As Customers, you now have the choice of paying either on-line or by automated phone. The On-Line Payment system will accept Credit Cards (Master Card, VISA & Discover), Debit Cards, and Electronic Checks (E-Checks - you will need your bank routing number and account number from either your checking or savings account). 

You should first enroll in the on-line payment system prior to logging in by clicking on the “Sign up Now” link in the Customer Dashboard.  Complete the information and then select a password that is at least 6 characters in length (must contain alpha and numeric characters).  Click on “Add an Account” and add your utility account number. 

You will need to have your utility account number and the last four digits of the social security number of the individual on the utility statement available to access the utility account information and make your payment.  Next, click on the “Make a Payment” tab to make your payment.  It’s that easy.


There is also an automated telephone payment option at 1-866-903-4452, which will guide you through the payment process. We hope that you will continue to take advantage of this quick and easy payment option.

Note: The payments made prior to midnight will be posted to your account the next business day. Payments made after midnight will be posted within 48 hours. For each payment, you will receive a confirmation number for your records.
