Residential Wastewater Service without Water Service
General Wastewater Service applies to service to commercial, and all other classes of wastewater service other than for strictly residential or industrial purposes where service is provided at a single outlet.

General Wastewater Service without Water Service is applicable to wastewater service to commercial, public building, institutional, and all other classes of wastewater service other than for strictly residential purposes where service is provided at a single outlet and where the Authority does not provide water service.
- $10.00 Service Charge plus the monthly billing charge as fixed by contract.
SENIOR CITIZEN DISCOUNT
A ten percent (10%) utility discount rate shall be granted to eligible residential customers who are sixty (60) years or older and have a total household income of twenty-one thousand dollars ($21,000) or less per year. The residence is the primary residence of the customer/spouse and is a single metered family dwelling unit.

Each customer must provide reasonable proof that they meet the criteria required. Copies of one of the following is required to verify income: A latest Income Tax Return, Social Security Payment Notice, Retirement Annuity or Pension. To verify age: Driver’s license, Identification Card, Certificate of Indian Blood or Birth Certificate.
The discount provided by this rule is temporary and shall be reviewed every februrary of each year. The Authority reserves the right to teminate the discount or make such revisions or modifications at any time.
